Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Acribia websites, dashboards, and automations at acribiaco.ai, including tools that integrate with Facebook and Instagram via Meta’s APIs (the “Service”). By using the Service, connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, or authorizing our Meta app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. The Service
Acribia provides automation and messaging tools for Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts, which may include:
- Comment-to-DM and keyword-triggered Messenger / Instagram replies
- Public comment replies and engagement actions authorized by you
- Inbox, contacts, analytics, and flow configuration for connected accounts
- Facebook Login / Page permission reconnect for Meta Graph API access
Features may change as Meta’s APIs and policies change. Some features require Meta App Review or Advanced Access and may not work for all users until approved.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and have authority to manage the Facebook Page / Instagram account you connect. You are responsible for safeguarding operator access (including any PIN or credentials for the Acribia hub) and for all activity under your connection.
4. Meta / Facebook / Instagram rules
You agree to comply with:
- Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Community Standards, and Commerce / messaging policies
- Facebook Login and Instagram messaging rules, including consent and opt-out requirements where applicable
- All laws governing marketing, spam, privacy, and electronic communications in your jurisdiction
You must not use the Service to send misleading, abusive, unlawful, or unsolicited messages, or to access data you are not authorized to use. You are solely responsible for the content of automations, replies, and links you configure.
5. Permissions you grant
When you authorize our Meta app, you grant us permission to access and use Page / Instagram data and APIs as needed to run the features you enable (for example reading comments, sending private replies or DMs, and posting public replies). You can revoke access in Facebook settings at any time. Revoking access may stop automations immediately.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service or Meta APIs
- Misrepresent affiliation with Meta or any third party in automated messages
- Upload malware or attempt to reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law
- Use the Service in a way that violates these Terms or Meta policies
7. Intellectual property
Acribia software, branding, and documentation remain our property. You retain ownership of your content and Page assets. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the Service for you.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on Meta and other infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, permission denials, or policy enforcement by Meta or third parties.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that automations will deliver to every recipient (Meta delivery rules, user privacy settings, and permissions may block messages).
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR META PLATFORMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, automations, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms, Meta policies, or applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service and disconnect the Meta app at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions are at /data-deletion.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
