Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Acribia (operated by Nedz Reclassified / “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, apps, and automations that connect to Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), including Facebook Login, Messenger, Instagram messaging, and comment-to-DM tools hosted at acribiaco.ai.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Account & contact data you provide (name, email, username, phone number if shared in a conversation).
- Meta / Facebook / Instagram data obtained through Meta’s Graph API and webhooks after you (or a Page admin) authorize our Meta app, which may include: Page and Instagram Business account identifiers; public profile information; Messenger / Instagram message content and metadata needed to reply; comment text, comment IDs, and media/post IDs for comment-triggered automations; and permissions granted to our app (for example messaging and comment-related scopes).
- Usage & technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and log data from our servers and reverse proxies.
- Operator authentication data for the private ops hub (for example PIN session cookies), which is separate from end-user Facebook Login.
2. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Operate Facebook and Instagram automations (comment replies, private replies / DMs, keyword and growth flows).
- Authenticate Page admins via Facebook Login and maintain Page access tokens needed to send messages and manage comments on authorized Pages.
- Provide inbox, analytics, and delivery status inside Acribia for the account that connected the Page.
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, debug failures, and comply with law.
- Respond to support and data requests.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Meta Platform Data to build unrelated advertising profiles for sale to third parties.
3. Facebook Login & Meta Platform Data
If you connect Acribia with Facebook Login or grant Page permissions to our Meta app (“reel-info” / Acribia integrations):
- We only request permissions required for messaging, comment engagement, and Page management features described in the product.
- Meta Platform Data is used solely to provide those features to the authorizing Page / Instagram professional account.
- We follow Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and applicable Facebook Login requirements.
- You can remove our app’s access at any time in your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and Websites).
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — as required to send/receive messages, comments, and webhooks through Facebook and Instagram APIs.
- Infrastructure providers that host Acribia (for example VPS / CDN) under confidentiality and security obligations.
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not share Meta Platform Data with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing use.
5. Data retention
We retain message, comment, and contact records only as long as needed to operate automations, provide history to the connecting Page operator, troubleshoot delivery, and meet legal obligations. When you disconnect the app or request deletion, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security logs.
6. Your rights & choices

7. Children’s privacy
Acribia is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, restricted operator PIN hub). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. International transfers
Our servers may process data in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. By using the service you understand that information may be transferred to those locations.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy where permitted by law.
