User Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how users and Page operators can request deletion of data associated with Acribia and our Meta app integrations (Facebook Login, Messenger, Instagram messaging, and comment automations), in line with Meta’s developer requirements for user data deletion.
What data we may hold
Depending on your interaction, we may store Facebook/Instagram user or Page identifiers, usernames, message and comment content used for automations, delivery logs, and connection tokens for authorized Pages. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How to request deletion from Acribia
- Send an email to nedzreclassified@gmail.com with subject line Acribia Data Deletion Request.
- Include: (a) your Facebook or Instagram username / profile URL if known, (b) the Facebook Page or Instagram account involved, and (c) the approximate dates you interacted (commented or messaged).
- We will verify the request and delete or anonymize personal data tied to your identity in our systems within 30 days, unless we must retain limited records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
- We will reply by email to confirm when deletion is complete (or explain any legally required retention).
How to remove Acribia / our Meta app from your Facebook account
You can revoke the app’s access directly in Facebook (this stops future API access; also email us if you want stored copies deleted):
- Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Apps and websites or Business integrations (wording varies by account).
- Find the app associated with Acribia / reel-info and select Remove.
Page admins disconnecting the Page
If you authorized Page permissions for Acribia, remove the app from your Page’s business integrations / connected apps, and email us to purge stored Page tokens, contacts, and message history for that Page.
